I was learning about st patrick because it was saint patricks day I found if difficult to get the right background because the words blended in with the backround colour I enjoyed finding out cool facts because i did not know these things about st patrick before Next time i would change the background to more of a green colour because it was to yellow

To day im here to tell you why zelandia the huge
submerged land area that overtime has sank two thirds of a
mile under the south west pacific ocean 79 million years ago
should not be considered as the 8th continent.

Firstly let's start with the definition of a continent. A continent is one of

Huge land masses covering up a certain area know as a continent. 

Right now in the world there is 7 official continents.

Antarctica Europe asia north america south america and

Australia. But zelandia has never been recognized as a continent

Since it has overtime sunk down into the pacific ocean.

Millions of years ago there was 8th continent
but then zelandia sunk down into the pacific ocean. Since then
there has been only 7 continents. Australia one
of the 7 continents has a land size 7.7 million

Square metres while zelandia only has 4.7 million
square metres, there's also africa with 30.37 million square metres.

And lastly there's asia with 44.58 million square metres.

If you look at zelandia compared to all the other continents land size

There is a huge difference between the other continents.

 The main reason that zelandia is not recognized as a continent is

because it  has sunk. If it would of not sunk then it would be
most likely considered a continent nowadays.
I do think it would of been a official continent have it had not sunk that
is the main reason why it should not be recognized as a continent.
